Features and Applications
This product is bio-based and food grade,can be used as: Lubricant and anti-static agent in plastic processing;
Dripping agent or anti-fogging agent in plastic film;
Anti-Shrinkage additive for EPE foam;
- 1Internal lubricant for PVC,effectively reduce the polymer melt viscosity,prevent the overheating caused by friction and wear,leading to a better product quality and efficiency in production.
- 2Antistatic agent for PE,PP,PVC etc.reduce the static electricity buildup on polymer surface,prevent the dust from adhering.
- 3Anti-fogging agent,spread the surface water into a continuous and uniform thin layer,keep the film surface transparent and improve the light transmission.
- 4Premium Foaming aid and anti-shrinkage agent for EPE pearl cotton manufacturers,works well with Butane to keep the product surface smooth and glossy with fine and uniform bubbles,reduce shrinkage by 40% in winter.

Storage And Transportation
Shelf Life: 24 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions (from date of production).
Storage: Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Don't mix storage with toxic,harmful or errosive materials.
Transportation: It should be handled gently, and take rain and snow prevention measures.Away from toxic,harmful or corrosive substances in the transportation.
Usage
1.Mix the product with resin evenly for use
2.Use the product in preparation of high concentration masterbatch
