Features and Applications

This product is a bio-based heat stabilizer and lubricant for thermally sensitive resin(such as PVC),non-toxic,non-polluting.

1It can inhibit the decomposition of polymer during the high temperature plasticizing process and improves the resin processibility.
2It can be used in the processing of soft film appliances with good transparency in food packaging,medical supplies and other plastic areas.
3It can be used as a halogen absorbent in PVC,PVDC and other plastic products.

Storage And Transportation

Shelf Life: 24 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions (from date of production).

Storage: Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Don't mix storage with toxic,harmful or errosive materials.

Transportation: It should be handled gently, and take rain and snow prevention measures.Away from toxic,harmful or corrosive substances in the transportation.

Usage

1.Mix the product with resin evenly for use

2.Use the product in preparation of high concentration masterbatch
