Betterflo™ 320 is used directly into the cake paste, to enhance the blistering rate, to improve the emulsion and gas-holding capacity, to increase the softness and to extend shelf life.

Storage And Transportation
Shelf Life: 18 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions (from date of production).
Storage: Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should below 30℃.
Transportation: Keep safety of the packaging in the transportation.
USAGE METHOD SUGGESTIONS
- 11% - 2% of eggs: Mix Betterflo™ 320 with egg, sugar, salt and water directly, stir by low speed for 1-2 min until completely dissolved, then stir 12 min by medium speed until the paste volum increases to 5 times of the mixture. Mix the paste with flour and baking powder for baking.
- 21% - 2% of flour: First stir egg, sugar, salt and water by low speed for 1-2 min until completely dissolved, then stir by medium speed until the paste volumn increases.Then mixed in flour with Betterflo™ 320 and baking powder for baking.
